About

Back in 2006, I accepted my first job as an English teacher, and walked into a classroom to teach 10th and 12th grade English and Communications.

Almost immediately I started experimenting with ways to make my life easier through technology. When my school’s budget got tight and The principal put a cap on the number of copies we could make each month, I jumped into making my classroom virtually paperless. When I struggled to keep track of data points in the classroom, I started using excel to match test questions to standards.

Now that I’ve spent a few more years in the classroom (where did the last 18 years go??!?), I hope I can make your life easier by passing along some of the lessons I’ve learned along the way.
